Bay Area Satellite warranty is limited solely to:
Replacment, repair or issuing credit for the purchase price of such product in 14 days period from purchase date, at discretion of Bay Area Satellite.All returns are subject to restocking fee of 15%. Bay Area Satellite warrants to the original purchaser that products bought from Bay Area Satellite will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
Bay Area Satellite will without charge, at Bay Area Satellite discretion, repair or replace any components or parts if confirmed by Bay Area Satellite that the products are defective, and that such defects are not caused by abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, Act of God, lack of cleanliness,enviromental conditions, electrical power failure, elecrical power conditioning, neglect, shipping, or as a result of service, repair, or modification by anyone other than an authorized Bay Area Satellite representative, or other reasons not caused by product itself,providing that Bay Area Satellite receives the defective product adjustment no later than one year from the date of purchase.

Shipping to the warranty center, failures caused by Acts of God like lighting, power surge, flood, etc., Failures caused by Installation, Failures caused by use of products not supplied by warrantor,water damage, Damage caused by abuse of the product,, baterries and cosmetic parts,shipping damages, unauthorized modifications.
To receive warranty service please contact first Bay Area Satellite representative at 888-887-2382 to detrimine whether or not service is required. The sales receipt which shows the date of purchase and original owner must accompany the product to be serviced.
Service will be refused for any components returned for service that are not in their original packaging.
BEC products have warranty for three years warranty has to be registered with DMS to be valid all directions to do this are inside of package ,warranty has to be registered within 30 days of the day of purchase.
